line maintenance and inspection,
traveling nurses or other medical providers,
fiber optic installation and inspection,
seasonal storm damage cleanup
or other work- from-the-road guests.

About our creation of the “SAFE PARKING” spaces…
These are spaces with no hookups for people who are doing minimalist traveling by sleeping in their vehicle. We offer it because we have done this type of travel in the past and are sensitive to this need.
The guest receives the Secure Code to enter the Office Building to have access to bathrooms and showers and the coin-op laundry.
The park has less obtrusive lighting and options to face into darkness or into the lighted area, whichever the guest feels more safe in and will get more rest. Please call to ask for this due to having only one site on the reservation site which also doubles as a tent site.
IN ADDITION! Just FYI for our guests we expanded the TENT SITE to include: a site numbered 1.T. advertised as:
“Elec and water ONLY; SAFE PARKING; TENT/car/TRUCK/van/MOTORCYCLE/bicycle/TEARDROP/ casita/POPUP/other small units. (dump station on site near exit) *Size Limited, must be approved by Camp Owners/Host; Guests receive Bathroom Access Secure Code. *Please don’t share with anyone not in your party.*
We felt that the smaller units deserve a break since likely not using as much in energy resources as the larger units (5th wheels, motorhomes, etc. so we changed the criteria for this site to make this more fair. Plus, you’ll have a more roomy shower experience if you desire that! 😀
